Business Development Manager

A globally recognized design-driven architecture and urban design firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts in the U.S. market. This role focuses on winning commercial and urban design projects, through developer partnerships and local authorities. Although the firm has a head office in Texas, the scope of the role is US-wide and so the candidate can be based anywhere in US.

The Role

• Driving business development efforts focused on commercial architecture and urban design projects.
• Building and nurturing relationships with developers, city agencies, and other key stakeholders.
• Identifying new project opportunities and leading proposal and pitch strategies.
• Collaborating with internal design teams to align business goals with creative capabilities.
• Representing the firm at industry events and networking functions.
• Monitoring market trends and providing strategic insights to leadership.

Skills and Experience

• A strategic and proactive professional with a background in architecture, interior design (preferred).
• Experienced in business development or client acquisition within the architecture, real estate, or urban planning sectors.
• Well-connected in the U.S. development and design community.
• An excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
