Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Manage overnight front desk operations, including reservations, guest inquiries, and billing processes with attention to detail.
- Conduct night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy in all records.
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing requests promptly, resolving issues professionally, and maintaining high standards of hospitality management.
- Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and perform routine safety checks to ensure guest and staff safety throughout the resort.
- Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to coordinate guest needs and facility operations.
- Uphold guest relations by offering personalized service, demonstrating multilingual capabilities when needed, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality roles, particularly in front desk or night audit functions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations.
- Familiarity with hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette is essential.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and a friendly demeanor that fosters guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels throughout the shift.
- Previous experience working in a resort setting or with hotel experience is preferred but not required. Pay: From $16.00 per hour
