House Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner for our family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of hygiene.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
• Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, tubs, toilets, and appliances
• Laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Floor care including carpet cleaning and maintaining hardwood or tile surfaces
• Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained
• Follow specific client instructions to meet individual preferences and standards
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning techniques
• Ability to perform floor care including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
• Experience with laundry processes and housekeeper management is a plus
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or hospitality industry experience is advantageous
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Basic cooking skills are a bonus for preparing light meals or snacks when needed
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as required
