The Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Key Holder / Sales Associate to join our Lafayette Boutique in SoHo. This role plays a key part in delivering a refined, personal shopping experience while supporting daily store operations and acting as a trusted presence on the sales floor. The ideal candidate brings strong styling sensibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience that reflects the brand's understated elegance and attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful communication, outreach, and personalized styling.
  • Consistently achieve individual and store sales goals through a client-driven approach.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and floor leadership responsibilities as a Key Holder.
  • Partner with management to identify outreach opportunities and clienteling priorities using Endear.
  • Maintain impeccable store presentation and support daily operations including restocking, transfers, and floor support.
  • Represent Officine Générale with professionalism, authenticity, and effortless style.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in premium or luxury retail; Key Holder or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong styling sensibility with an appreciation for quality, fit, and timeless design.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of the floor when needed.
  • Passion for clienteling and relationship building.
  • Comfort using digital tools and retail systems (Endear, FastMag, or similar platforms a plus).
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
