Job Summary
Summit Locations is an independently owned company that builds 800+ new billboard faces each year. Because of this rapid expansion, we are continually adding new team members to the organization.

We are seeking talented Sales Representatives to help us develop our established sales territories, and new territories across he state and possibly in neighboring states.

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing lease agreements with property owners for the installation of outdoor advertising structures (billboards). The ideal candidate has a strong background in contract negotiation and relationship management, with a hunter mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Job Responsibilities:

● Initiate contact with property owners and landlords to present lease opportunities.

○ Negotiate lease terms and rates, that align with company objectives.

○ Draft, review, and finalize lease agreements and associated documents.

· Lease Negotiation

● Relationship Management

○ Act as the primary liaison between the company and property owner throughout the leasing lifecycle.

● Documentation & Compliance

○ Maintain accurate records of all lease agreements, renewals, and correspondence.

● Cross-functional Collaboration

○ Work closely with legal, permitting, construction, and sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from site acquisition to billboard installation.

○ Support permitting and zoning applications by attending public hearings.

Job Qualifications:

Work Experience

● 1–3 years of experience in outside sales, development leads, cold calling or related outdoor advertising roles.

● Proven track record of successful sales/lease negotiations and deal closures.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.

● Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with GIS, CRM, or lease management software is a plus.

● Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally (up to 50% of your time) as required.

Skills

● Comfort making cold calls over the phone and in person.

● Ability to make oral presentations and clearly articulate policies and procedures.

● Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.

● Able to travel within territory as needed.

● Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Compensation Package:

● Salary + unlimited commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80, $100,000.00 per year
