What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead project planning, including scope, schedule, and resource management for Cyber Tools within the Grid Data Center
• Coordinate resource planning with supporting organizations to ensure project milestones are met
• Develop detailed project plans and manage the project life cycle from planning to deployment
• Produce timely project updates and presentations for stakeholders and management
• Monitor and report on project progress, managing risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID) logs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical projects and programs
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in successful project implementation against scope, schedule, and budget
• Proficiency in building reports and analyzing data using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, or other databases
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and improve processes
• Ability to work effectively in a high-performing, ambiguous, and agile environment

• Knowledge of NERC-CIP standards
