Ansell is looking for a Manager, Regional Demand Planning to join our Global Supply Chain team in Iselin, NJ
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 U.S. Dollars per year
Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits
In this role, you'll support customer excellence by shaping accurate demand forecasts, optimizing inventory, and driving planning processes that enable strong commercial and operational performance across the region.

What your role will be?
Lead the regional demand planning process to support customer service and growth
Create and manage rolling 18-month forecasts, ensuring clear alignment with commercial, supply, and finance teams
Drive the Demand Review, NPD, and opportunity discussions with Sales & Marketing
Monitor forecast accuracy, identify root causes, and improve information flow
Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and drive regional planning improvements
Optimize inventory levels and manage allocation decisions during supply constraints
Communicate product availability, risks, shortages, and recovery plans to regional stakeholders
Collaborate with global supply teams on new business, product transitions, and lifecycle changes
Partner with regional planners worldwide to share best practices and enhance planning capability
What will you bring to Ansell?
Bachelor's degree in a business or supply chain–related field
5–8 years of supply chain experience in FMCG, healthcare, or similar fast-paced industries
Experience with demand planning, S&OP, or end-to-end planning processes
Experience working in a global or matrix environment preferred
Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Excel, forecasting tools, and ERP systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Organized, proactive, and able to manage complexity
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic global environment
