• Outdoor Florida weather (HOT).
• Weekend availability is required 100%.
• We only close 3 days a year: Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas day.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Drug-free workplace.
• We do background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Stocking and organizing inventory daily.
• Packing and shipping orders if required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while on the job site.
• Landscape work when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate).
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow on the job.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
