We are looking for a General Manager to join our team in the HVAC and Plumbing industry. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for all sales goals for the branch, Sales management, sales training and development of field staff, oversee daily business operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Push revenue to goals set by leadership
• Manage field staff to KPI's and efficiency improvements
• Motivate and train sales employees to hit goals and grow in effectiveness
• Hands on leadership, hands on training, tech ride alongs, call by call management
• Manage daily business operations
• Supervise and support staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in leadership
• Sales focused leadership
• Plumbing/HVAC Experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
