High School Offensive Coordinator

Specially Fit Academy (SFA Academy) – Brooksville, Florida

Specially Fit Academy, a nationally recognized high-performance football program, is seeking an experienced and highly driven Offensive Coordinator to lead our offense and develop elite student-athletes within our competitive environment.

Position Overview
The Offensive Coordinator will be responsible for the design, installation, and execution of an innovative offensive system that aligns with the program's philosophy and maximizes player development. This leader will work closely with the Head Coach and coaching staff to prepare athletes for success at the next level—on and off the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive offensive system and weekly game plans
• Lead offensive meetings, film study, and player development sessions
• Coordinate practice structure, script offensive periods, and evaluate personnel
• Collaborate with the Head Coach to ensure discipline, structure, and culture alignment
• Utilize modern analytics, technology, and film systems for performance improvement
• Mentor student-athletes in character, academic accountability, and leadership

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level required
• Strong understanding of offensive systems, play design, and personnel management
• Ability to teach fundamentals, develop young athletes, and communicate effectively
• High energy, high character, and a commitment to the mission of SFA Academy
• Must pass background screening and meet school/association compliance requirements
