Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, supporting internal mobility, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and committed to strengthening our talent pipeline and supporting organizational growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manages and facilitates the hiring process from recruitment to hire. Focuses on attracting high-quality talent while enhancing external visibility and supporting goals related to cost-per-hire and time-to-fill. - Community & Event Engagement:
Coordinates and participates in job fairs, career events, and community outreach initiatives to increase brand visibility and support hiring needs. - Pipeline Development:
Builds and manages talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with colleges, staffing agencies, and professional associations. - Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Works closely with hiring managers to understand and anticipate staffing needs, providing guidance to ensure recruitment processes are consistent, timely, and compliant with all applicable regulations. - Internal Talent Support:
Partners with managers on internal talent movement maintaining clear communication to support employee development and retention. - Candidate Experience:
Ensures a positive candidate experience through timely communication, clear expectations, and professional interactions. - Job Descriptions & Materials:
Develops and refines job descriptions and recruitment materials to accurately reflect responsibilities and organizational culture to attract qualified candidates. - Compensation Review:
Reviews and analyzes compensation for new hires to ensure alignment with agency policies, market standards, and internal equity. Provides recommendations that support fair and competitive hiring practices. - Metrics & Reporting:
Tracks and reports recruitment metrics to drive process improvements and support informed hiring decisions.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- 3-5 years work experience
- Knowledge of human resources laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of full cycle recruitment process.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong collaborating skills, and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines; high energy, self-motivated and proactive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, and be flexible regarding workload and assignments.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Email, Word, EXCEL) and HRIS/ATS systems.
