Tow Truck Driver/Operator

Job Overview (Flatbed, rollback operator)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional roadside assistance and towing services to customers in need. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills. As a Tow Truck Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Flatbed, rollback operator

• Clean MVR, Clean driving record & valid driver's license (We will check)
• Experience is great but NOT a must (We'll train the right candidate)
• Open availability is a must (Mid Day Shifts, No graveyard shifts)
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles or equipment to designated locations.
• Provide prompt roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, Accident and offroad recoveries .
• Communicate effectively with customers to assess their needs and provide excellent service.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on tow trucks to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues on-site when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and vehicle condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles and equipment using appropriate techniques.
