Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Guest Relations/Shuttle Driver/Quality Inspector to join our team. This multifaceted role involves providing exceptional customer service, operating various types of vehicles, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, some mechanical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to deliver a seamless experience for guests and maintain operational excellence across our transportation and inspection services. I have 2 shifts available. Mid and Last. 10 am to 3 pm and 115 pm to 615 pm Monday thru Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Check in and out guests using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests or materials between locations.
  • Knowledge of mapping out driving routes using apps such as waze, google maps and picking up/dropping off guests in a safe and timely manner.
  • Provide outstanding guest relations by greeting passengers warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Conduct routine safety inspections of vehicles prior to each returning vehicle to guests, including checking mechanical systems and safety.
  • Load and unload cargo when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shuttle, customers cars, and work areas to meet quality standards.
  • Assist with route planning and navigation to optimize efficiency and punctuality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status, route updates, or safety concerns.
  • Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, or route driving across various vehicle types such as box trucks, and various cars and trucks.
  • Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on safety, reliability, and professionalism. This position offers an engaging work environment where your driving expertise and commitment to quality make a meaningful impact on guest satisfaction and operational success.

Pay: $350.00 per week
