General Manager

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead our Auto Body Shop's operational and people performance. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on growth, accountability, and building strong partner relationships.

Duties

• Lead daily shop operations and ensure quality and safety standards
• Drive revenue growth, cost control, and P&L performance
• Manage KPIs, budgets, and operational results
• Hire, train, and develop shop staff
• Resolve escalated customer, vendor, and insurance claim issues
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance DRP, OEM-certified programs, dealer partners, and key accounts
• Maintain PBA agreements and achieve strong scorecard results

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in collision repair or auto body management
• Strong leadership and operational experience
• CCC ONE and insurance workflow knowledge required
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $95, $120,000.00 per year
