Role Summary:
We are seeking a senior Marketing Consulting leader to drive
marketing operations, MarTech strategy, and personalization
for clients in the
Sports & Gaming
vertical. This role blends
strategy, data, and technology
to deliver scalable, measurable, and personalized customer experiences across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead
marketing strategy, operations, and measurement
for Sports & Gaming clients, aligned to growth, acquisition, and retention goals - Act as a senior advisor to
CMOs, CTOs, and data leaders
on marketing transformation and personalization - Design and oversee
MarTech and data architectures
, integrating CDP, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and activation platforms - Drive
multi-channel lifecycle campaigns
across email, push, SMS, in-app, web, and paid media - Establish
personalization, experimentation, and measurement frameworks
(segmentation, A/B testing, attribution, ROI) - Partner with engineering, analytics, and creative teams to enable
real-time decisioning and scalable execution - Champion
AI-driven marketing, automation, and test-and-learn programs - Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing consulting teams
- Support
business development
, RFPs, and MarTech vendor partnerships
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in
Marketing Operations, MarTech, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing
, ideally within consulting or Sports/Gaming, betting, media, or DTC - Strong experience with
Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing/Data Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Tealium
, or similar platforms - Proven ability to orchestrate
personalized, data-driven, multi-channel campaigns
at scale - Deep understanding of
marketing data ecosystems, CDPs, consent, and activation - Experience applying
analytics, AI, and predictive models
to improve engagement and LTV - Knowledge of
GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM - Strong client-facing, executive communication, and commercial acumen
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
