AVP – Marketing Consulting | Sports & Gaming

Location:
New York, NY (Hybrid 3 days per week onsite)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a senior Marketing Consulting leader to drive
marketing operations, MarTech strategy, and personalization
for clients in the
Sports & Gaming
vertical. This role blends
strategy, data, and technology
to deliver scalable, measurable, and personalized customer experiences across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead
    marketing strategy, operations, and measurement
    for Sports & Gaming clients, aligned to growth, acquisition, and retention goals
  • Act as a senior advisor to
    CMOs, CTOs, and data leaders
    on marketing transformation and personalization
  • Design and oversee
    MarTech and data architectures
    , integrating CDP, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and activation platforms
  • Drive
    multi-channel lifecycle campaigns
    across email, push, SMS, in-app, web, and paid media
  • Establish
    personalization, experimentation, and measurement frameworks
    (segmentation, A/B testing, attribution, ROI)
  • Partner with engineering, analytics, and creative teams to enable
    real-time decisioning and scalable execution
  • Champion
    AI-driven marketing, automation, and test-and-learn programs
  • Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing consulting teams
  • Support
    business development
    , RFPs, and MarTech vendor partnerships

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in
    Marketing Operations, MarTech, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing
    , ideally within consulting or Sports/Gaming, betting, media, or DTC
  • Strong experience with
    Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing/Data Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Tealium
    , or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to orchestrate
    personalized, data-driven, multi-channel campaigns
    at scale
  • Deep understanding of
    marketing data ecosystems, CDPs, consent, and activation
  • Experience applying
    analytics, AI, and predictive models
    to improve engagement and LTV
  • Knowledge of
    GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM
  • Strong client-facing, executive communication, and commercial acumen
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
