Position Summary

The Assistant Field Superintendent supports daily residential construction operations, assisting with all phases of new home projects from start to finish. This role ensures work is completed according to plans, specifications, local codes, and safety standards, while coordinating subcontractors, managing punch list items, and assisting with warranty and service work.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain quality workmanship, site cleanliness, and OSHA-compliant safety standards
• Assist in managing multiple projects and maintain daily job site logs
• Communicate daily with project teams via BuilderTrend, phone, and email
• Update BuilderTrend photos
• Complete punch list and warranty repair work as assigned
• Clean up jobsites, organize returnable materials

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in residential construction or repair/maintenance work preferred
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to read blueprints
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work on active job sites
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
