Bistro Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bistro Attendant for the morning shift to provide exceptional service in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience in our restaurant located in . Prior experience in fine dining, catering, or hospitality is highly valued.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their visit
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation
• Assist with food preparation and setup for breakfast or brunch services as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
• Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling and safety protocols
• Support banquet or catering events by setting up and serving in accordance with event specifications
• Refill supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments to ensure smooth service flow
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience for all guests

Experience

• Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is preferred
• Experience serving in restaurants, catering, or banquet settings is advantageous
• Barista experience or background in the food industry is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is desirable
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Previous dietary aide or food preparation experience can be beneficial but is not required
