Construction Project Manager

We are a high-end residential remodeling contractor specializing in custom home renovations and luxury remodels. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team and work closely with ownership on exciting, detail-driven projects.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small office environment, collaborates well with company owners and administrative staff, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple high-end residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, owners, and internal team members
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation using Procore
• Proactively identify and resolve jobsite and project challenges

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Proven experience managing high-end residential remodeling projects
• Strong working knowledge of Procore (required)
• Solid understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work closely with company owners and administrative staff in a small office setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $72, $88,400.00 per year
