who has already helped ship products in fast-paced environments and is ready to step into a bigger seat.

What you'll own (end-to-end)

Builder CTO Expectations (hands-on is core)

• Heavy coding ownership early on (expect ~
  70% hands-on
  while we build in loops)
• Architecture, standards, release hygiene, and delivery cadence
• Leading and leveling up a small team; transitioning core work in-house over time

Applied AI + Personalization

• Recommendation foundations: retrieval, ranking, embeddings, feedback loops, evaluation
• AI UX: chat-style interaction patterns, trust cues, guardrails, and failure-mode handling
• A practical path toward stronger model/IP ownership over time

Consumer Product Engineering

• High-quality mobile and web experience (speed + polish)
• E-invitations reliability: reminders/notifications that actually work
• Social interaction patterns that are simple to use but deep in experience

Commerce + Fintech-ready Architecture (phased)

• Partner/affiliate integrations and marketplace patterns
• Security-first design: permissions, auditability, privacy-by-design
• Scalable backend foundations for future transaction flows
