About the Opportunity

Chubby Cattle Cerritos LLC is hiring reliable and hard-working Runners/Bussers to join our front-of-house team. As a key part of our service staff, Runners and Bussers play an essential role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for our guests.

We are a popular All-You-Can-Eat Japanese BBQ restaurant in Cerritos, offering high-quality meats, an interactive dining experience, and a fast-paced work environment.

This position is employed directly by Chubby Cattle Cerritos LLC only

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guest tables
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and efficiently
• Refill water, beverages, and essential tabletop items as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all dining areas
• Ensure the dining room, service stations, and restrooms are neat and stocked
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and other FOH team members
• Support the overall flow of service to ensure an excellent guest experience
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations per California requirements

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
