As an Assistant Teacher, you'll help create engaging, play-based learning environments for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, while supporting lead teachers and building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; willing to get a CDA within a year
• Experience with young children preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom setup and daily activities
• Assist with child development tracking and family engagement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing learning environment
• Collaborate with staff to meet high-quality standards
