Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Human Resources Business Partner to oversee a wide range of administrative, HR, and operational support functions within a residential treatment facility. This role requires a detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and process-driven individual who can manage multiple responsibilities including recruitment coordination, onboarding, staff relations, and financial and systems oversight. The ideal candidate works well independently, collaborates effectively across departments, and brings a customer service mindset to internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly business office operations with attention to accuracy and timeliness, including:
Processing vendor payments
- Coordinating with billing partners to ensure charges are processed
- Collecting and depositing payments
- Manage new hire orientation and onboarding processes
- Support a strong internal culture through ongoing communication and leadership alignment
- Coordinate performance evaluations, recognition, corrective action, and conflict resolution
- Maintain complete and accurate personnel files, including certifications and licensure tracking
- Respond to requests for employee records in compliance with applicable privacy laws
- Serve as the facility liaison for IT systems and tools
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality of all personnel and organizational information
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, IT, and HR departments
- Support a positive, respectful work environment and effective relationships at all organizational levels
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or office/business management
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally and accurately
- Prior experience in a healthcare or behavioral health environment preferred
- Personnel management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Demonstrated commitment to a drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use
- Personal interest or passion for behavioral health or recovery services is a plus
