Role Purpose:

As a Student Recruitment Advisor , you will be the first point of contact for prospective students from the UK and EU regions. Your mission? To qualify leads based on the entry criteria of our institutions and guide eligible prospects through the admissions process. Your strong communication and consultative sales skills will ensure that every prospective student enjoys a professional and positive experience that reflects GEDU’s high standards.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads generated through digital marketing and outreach based on institutional entry criteria.
  • Engage and nurture prospective students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and virtual platforms, providing accurate information about GEDU’s programs.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system for clear tracking and follow-up.
  • Identify prospects’ academic and career goals to recommend the most suitable programs.
  • Manage the lead pipeline effectively to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing teams for smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaign performance to enhance conversion rates.
  • Participate in training sessions to strengthen your program knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Showcase the unique features and benefits of GEDU programs, highlighting faculty expertise and experiential learning opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospective students throughout the admissions process.
  • Assist with special projects related to student recruitment and enrollment management.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Sales Acumen: Identify the needs of prospective students and recommend suitable programs.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate through various channels, including in-person interactions and digital platforms.
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Active Listening: Listen attentively to the needs of prospective students and respond with tailored solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurately assess lead eligibility based on program and visa requirements.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage tasks and follow up with leads to meet recruitment goals.
  • Goal Orientation: Set ambitious targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them.
  • Resilience and Persistence: Maintain motivation in the face of challenges and rejection.
  • Course/Program Knowledge: Stay updated on GBS programs, including course content and career outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively across marketing, admissions, and operations teams.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM) and MS tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Lead qualification accuracy and conversion rates.
  • Response and follow-up turnaround times.
  • CRM data quality and process adherence.
  • Continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
  • Pipeline management.
  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
