Position Overview
We're seeking a strategic Paid Media Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact between our agency and clients while working closely with our media buying team reporting directly to the Head of Paid Media, This hybrid role combines strategic oversight, campaign implementation, team coordination, and exceptional client relationship management. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Google Paid Search with the ability to both execute campaigns and guide specialists toward optimal results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Management
• Develop comprehensive Google Paid Search strategies aligned with client goals
• Lead landing page optimization initiatives, including A/B testing of page concepts, messaging, and design elements
• Implement conversion based optimization strategies to improve campaign ROI and reduce cost per acquisition
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities
• Create detailed campaign briefs and strategic documentation for the media buying team
• Set KPIs, budgets, and performance benchmarks for all campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization recommendations
Performance Analysis & Optimization
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
• Review and leverage client CRM and sales data to evaluate the business impact of paid media efforts, including lead quality, pipeline contribution, and conversions
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Conduct A/B testing across ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rates
• Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize landing page performance and user experience
• Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and client satisfaction
• Identify upsell opportunities and expansion strategies within existing accounts
