This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling a variety of products and contributing to the overall efficiency of our distribution center. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurately picking items for customer orders using a handheld scanner or other designated equipment.
- Packing items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Labeling packages correctly for shipment.
- Performing quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus, but we are willing to train dedicated individuals. You must be comfortable with frequent standing, walking, and **lifting** up to 50 pounds.
