The Sr. Manager, Data & Analytics, is responsible for defining, scaling, and leading FDH Electronics' enterprise data strategy, governance, and analytics capabilities. This role owns the accuracy, consistency, and usability of business data across the organization and ensures leaders have access to trusted, timely insights to drive decision-making. This position provides senior-level leadership over data governance, master data management, enterprise analytics, and data delivery practices. The Sr. Manager, Data & Analytics, also acts as a Scrum Master for the data and analytics team, ensuring disciplined Agile delivery while maintaining pragmatism and avoiding unnecessary process overhead. This position oversees the Data Master and Business Intelligence team, including data governance, master data management, data warehouse architecture, and Power BI reporting, while also serving as a strategic bridge between business leaders and IT, ensuring data solutions are scalable, governed, and aligned with company growth. As Sr. Manager, Data & Analytics, you will be responsible for: Enterprise Data Strategy & Governance Define and implement enterprise-wide data governance standards, policies, and ownership Establish and maintain a single source of truth for key business data (inventory, pricing, customers, vendors, usage, margin) Define and document standardized KPIs, metrics, and business rules and data quality standards Ensure data quality, auditability, and compliance across reporting and analytics Data Warehouse & Analytics Oversight Own the design, development, and optimization of the enterprise data warehouse Ensure data models are scalable, performant, and aligned to business needs Oversee development of Power BI semantic models and datasets Ensure reporting solutions are reliable, reusable, and governed Reporting & Business Intelligence Set standards and best practices for Power BI dashboards and reporting Prioritize and manage enterprise analytics and reporting demands Reduce reliance on spreadsheets and manual data manipulation through automation and governance Enable self-service analytics while maintaining data integrity Master Data Management Provide senior oversight of master data domains including: Customers, Vendors, Products, Pricing, Inventory attributes Drive data cleanup, normalization, and ongoing maintenance Implement processes to prevent recurring data quality issues Ensure master data supports operational, financial, and customer requirements Team Leadership & Development Lead and manage the Data Master & BI team: Sr. Analyst, Business Intelligence, Analysts, Data Set clear priorities, goals, and performance expectations Mentor team members to build scalable, sustainable solutions Reduce dependency on individual contributors through process and automation Agile Delivery & Scrum Master Responsibilities Serve as Scrum Master for the data and analytics team Run sprint ceremonies and cadence (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives) Ensure Agile discipline and accountability without overengineering processes Balance structure with flexibility to maintain delivery velocity Remove delivery blockers and manage dependencies across IT and business teams Continuously improve team execution, estimation, and throughput Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations Translate business requirements into data and analytics solutions Challenge unclear or conflicting requests to protect data integrity Act as a trusted advisor to leadership: explaining insights, limitations, and risks Risk Management & Continuous Improvement Identify data-related risks impacting revenue, margin, service, or compliance Implement controls, validation checks, and monitoring Continuously improve data processes, tooling, and standards Support system changes, acquisitions, and growth initiatives What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data management 3+ years of experience leading or influencing data, analytics, or BI teams Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses Advanced experience with Power BI, SSRS, and enterprise reporting Experience working with ERP, inventory, pricing, and supply chain data Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence decisions Insightful, hands-on leader with strong leadership and communication skills Strong business acumen - connecting data initiatives to revenue, efficiency, and compliance impact Outstanding communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement Special Requirements: U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
