What Youll Do
Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, and provided leads Perform roof inspections and accurately assess storm or retail roofing needs Prepare and present detailed project estimates to customers Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on active opportunities Maintain communication with customers from first contact through project completion Represent Ace Pro Roofing with professionalism and integrity in every interaction What Were Looking For
Proven sales experience in roofing, construction, or related trades Strong communication and closing skills Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections Basic technology proficiency (email, CRM, estimates, spreadsheets) Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic Must live locally in Treasure Coast area Spanish fluency is a strong plus but not required Why Youll Love Working Here

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year Ace Pro Roofing is an established well respected roofing contractor, offering comprehensive all inclusive services. The owner has lived in SouthEast Florida for over 48 years. We are proud of our reputation and craftsmanship.
In addition to roof replacements, we also provide expert roof repairs, restoration, upkeep, coatings, and inspections. We have a great deal of expertise in residential and commercial roofing, both retail and storm damage.
We think that the secret to success is earning our clients confidence and loyalty. Because of this, we make every effort to treat our clients fairly, honestly, and professionally.
