Role Overview As our brand presence and digital footprint expand, we're seeking a versatile and talented Content & Social Media Associate to join our in-house marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who's passionate about producing compelling, on‑brand content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion throughout the customer journey.
The role-holder will work with different areas across the business and our partners to support in delivery of best-in‑class content and compelling and appropriate conversation with our customers. This would be focused on promoting our award‑winning
Tiger
and
Tiger Modular
consumer brands, growing their brand awareness and reach online and supporting the profile of our 30+ showsites.
This hybrid role combines main site work with location posting across the UK, including our showsite network. You'll create polished written and visual content across multiple formats and platforms. As a proactive storyteller, you'll bring marketing/creative briefs to life through well‑planned, high‑quality production that resonates with our audience. You will be part of a marketing team delivering engaging content that connects with customers and influencers, and which meets business objectives.
Responsibilities
Creating relevant, original high quality content to attract, engage and support the customer journey (blog writing, articles, posts & supporting multimedia projects)
Supporting the publication of this content across a variety of social platforms and e‑commerce sites
Influencer management, including outreach, relationship management, briefing, content delivery and performance tracking
Developing a content editorial calendar with the marketing team, and to plan specific, timely content programmes
Support PR activities with external agency and manage enquiries, briefs and approvals, archiving and cataloguing footage and images for future use
Support the planning and managing photoshoots, including pre‑production, shoot‑day coordination and post‑shoot content delivery
Monitor and report on content metrics
Actively contribute to campaigns and product projects as appropriate, supporting ad hoc requests from across the business for photography or video‑based comms
Role Requirements Essential
Demonstrable content creation ability
Good copy writing and excellent communication skills
Knowledge of website content management systems
Experience of social media and blog management
Solid experience of content design & creative software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Demonstrable knowledge of SEO
Successful history of working with influencers, journalists and publishers
A keen attention to detail under pressure
Proven track record managing projects from brief to delivery independently
Creative yet commercially‑minded approach - understanding the balance between artistry and marketing objectives
Excellent attention to quality and detail
Initiative, creativity, and enthusiasm for problem‑solving
Willingness and ability to travel for location work across the UK
Desirable
Photo & video editing skills
Understanding of HTML
Digital marketing experience
Excellent English grammar and spelling
Ability to create and maintain good working relationships
Working knowledge of Google Analytics & SEO tools
Background in ecommerce, consumer products, or home/lifestyle sectors
Sound understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly social media content performance
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Positive, can‑do attitude with collaborative working style
Adaptable approach to changing priorities with a calm demeanor
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure
