Royal British Veterans Enterprise (RBVE) is seeking a talented and motivated Creative / Graphic Designer to help elevate our brand, strengthen our visual identity, and deliver high‑quality creative content across fundraising, corporate, commercial digital, and marketing activity. As part of our in‑house marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping how RBVE communicates its mission to provide jobs, homes, and communities for veterans. Your work will support the next chapter of our brand’s evolution—creating impactful digital assets, supporting fundraising campaigns, producing formal documents, and ensuring consistent, on‑brand creative across every touchpoint. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong conceptual thinking with excellent technical execution, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings meticulous attention to detai l. Skills & Experience
Strong design skills across digital and print, with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity, clarity, and brand consistency Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital design tools such as Canva or Figma Experience creating assets for campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and formal documents Ability to interpret briefs, develop concepts, and deliver polished designs under tight deadlines Understanding of brand identity and how to apply visual guidelines across multiple touchpoints Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography Comfortable working collaboratively within a marketing or communications team Experience in the charity, public sector, or social impact space is a bonus but not essential If you’re excited by the idea of using your creativity to make a real difference for veterans and their families, we’d love to hear from you.
