Responsibilities:
- Receive and accurately process incoming inventory and materials.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming goods.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with Safety regulations.
- Always wear and properly use designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- The ability to perform regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs is essential for this role.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required by the logistics flow.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or operational issues to management.
- Follow all company procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all outgoing shipments.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is advantageous. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods. A strong emphasis on Safety and attention to detail is required. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
