Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming warehouse stock and materials.
- Inspect and inventory received goods, reporting any discrepancies.
- Stock materials in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using scanning technology.
- Prepare and load orders for shipment, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment responsibly.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and organization in the warehouse.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory checks.
- Uphold all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Implement safe lifting strategies and adhere to ergonomic principles.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
- Experience with forklifts or other powered industrial trucks is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- A strong understanding of and commitment to safety protocols and PPE usage.
