We are looking for a reliable and energetic Warehouse Worker to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This role is integral to our daily logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in various warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment is a top priority, and you will be expected to follow all safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting practices. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise.
- Place received items into appropriate storage locations.
- Retrieve items from storage to fulfill customer orders.
- Package products securely for transit.
- Stage outgoing shipments for pickup.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks when trained and certified.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
- Wear and utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Adhere to lifting requirements and ergonomic best practices.
- Contribute to overall logistics workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and PPE compliance.
