We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our Virginia Beach, Virginia warehouse team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, implementing effective stock management strategies, and supporting our overall logistics operations. Your primary duties will involve conducting regular cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and managing stock adjustments. You will also play a key role in optimizing warehouse layout and storage solutions to improve efficiency. A keen analytical mind and exceptional attention to detail are vital for success. This position requires a solid understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse best practices. We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment, and you will be expected to strictly follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While this role focuses on data and accuracy, occasional lifting of inventory items may be required.
