Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Associate in Nashville, Tennessee! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support our warehouse operations, which are crucial to our company's overall logistics and supply chain efficiency. Your duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining an organized and clean work environment. A strong dedication to workplace safety and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and accurately log all incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders and prepare them for packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage outgoing orders for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free, and organized workspace.
- Operate equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Adhere to all company policies, including mandated use of PPE .
- Must be able to perform manual Lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or similar environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Team player with good communication skills.
