We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our logistics hub, encompassing a range of tasks from receiving and put-away to order picking and shipping preparation. You will be working in a dynamic environment where accuracy and Safety are top priorities. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a productive team. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately put away inventory into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for extended periods.
- Proficiency with basic warehouse technology, such as scanners, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- A dedication to Safety and following all operational procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
