Our San Jose, California location is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist. This role is critical for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and traceability of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, performing stock adjustments, and managing inventory reports. A strong understanding of warehouse **logistics** and inventory management systems is essential. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize variances. **Safety** is paramount in our operations, and you will be expected to enforce and adhere to all **safety** procedures and **PPE** requirements. While this role is less physically demanding than others, some **lifting** may be required to access or move inventory for verification. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory software.
