We are seeking a diligent and efficient Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately fulfilled and dispatched promptly. You will be responsible for retrieving items from warehouse shelves, accurately picking products based on order sheets or digital scans, and carefully packaging them for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent **logistics** and organizational skills are a must. Your primary goal will be to contribute to the smooth flow of goods through our facility, ensuring customer satisfaction. We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment, and all employees are required to adhere to **safety** protocols and wear provided **PPE**. Moderate **lifting** of up to 50 pounds may be required. You will work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily targets and maintain inventory accuracy.
