We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska! This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our distribution center. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, moving materials, organizing inventory, and assisting with various warehouse tasks. A strong commitment to safety and efficiency is paramount. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
- Move materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified).
- Organize and stock inventory in designated locations.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all warehouse policies.
- Participate in daily team huddles focused on safety and productivity.
- Follow all instructions from supervisors and logistics leads.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Must be able to handle lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following guidelines.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
