We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our St. Louis, Missouri operations. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, contributing to the efficient flow of goods within our logistics network. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock, accurately picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and possess a strong understanding of Safety protocols. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our operational goals are met daily.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against orders.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and onto pallets.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and assigned areas.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety guidelines, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Tasks will involve regular Lifting of items of various weights and sizes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good physical condition with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and focus on Safety.
