This role requires a high level of accuracy, speed, and physical stamina. You will utilize scanning equipment and adhere to all warehouse procedures to ensure orders are correct and on time. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Verify picked items against order requirements for accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Utilize scanning devices to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed picking and packing productivity goals.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items immediately.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
