Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team as a Fulfillment Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is central to our e-commerce operations, focusing on accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. You will be responsible for ensuring that every order is processed efficiently and correctly, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
  • Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities, and stock shelves appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or retail environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse logistics and order fulfillment processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
  • Understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
