Advance your career in warehousing with our Indianapolis, Indiana facility as an Order Picker. This role is the cornerstone of our fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately assembled and ready for dispatch. You will be responsible for navigating our warehouse using RF scanners or pick sheets to locate and retrieve specified items. Precision and speed are key, as you'll be contributing directly to order fulfillment targets. This position requires attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe workplace, and adherence to all Safety procedures and the mandatory use of PPE are non-negotiable. The role involves a significant amount of walking, bending, and repetitive Lifting of items, sometimes up to 40 pounds. Familiarity with warehouse Logistics and a commitment to exceeding performance expectations will set you up for success.
