Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Support other warehouse functions as directed.
- Ensure efficient movement of goods within the logistics chain.
- Adhere to quality control standards.
- Practice proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, including proper PPE usage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for prolonged periods.
- Understanding of general logistics operations.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
