- Accurately pick products based on order sheets or scanning devices.
- Inspect picked items for any defects or damage.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation and picking area.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
- Assist with receiving and put-away tasks as needed.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Ensure the correct use of PPE at all times.
- Contribute to meeting daily order fulfillment targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking and packing is advantageous.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting tasks (up to 35 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Awareness of Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work at a steady pace in a high-volume environment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality.
