You will operate various warehouse equipment and utilize scanning technology to manage inventory. Safety is our top priority; you will receive comprehensive training on safety procedures and be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). This position demands physical fitness, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and sustained periods of standing and walking. Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking of incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and other tools.
- Stage completed orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely (certification may be required).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles and work areas.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of safety regulations and the importance of using PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
