We are hiring a Picker/Packer in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products according to customer orders and carefully packaging them for shipment. Your attention to detail is critical to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. This fast-paced position involves moving throughout the warehouse, using scanning equipment, and preparing items for dispatch. The ideal candidate is reliable, energetic, and has a strong work ethic. You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to meeting daily shipping targets. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet standards.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Use RF scanners and other warehouse technology to manage inventory and orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work at a steady pace and meet performance goals.
- Must follow all safety protocols.
- Must wear required PPE.
