Responsibilities:
- Process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Accurately stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the distribution center.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for powered equipment).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and other inventory control measures.
- Support overall logistics operations and contribute to meeting production goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
