We're hiring motivated Order Pickers to join our dynamic logistics team in Boston, Massachusetts! As an Order Picker, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting items from our inventory to fulfill customer orders. Responsibilities:
- Read pick lists or use an RF scanner to locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Transport picked items to the packing station or designated staging area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Operate hand trucks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Contribute to achieving daily picking targets and overall logistics efficiency.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a logistics environment.
