Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage products for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, and potentially forklifts after proper training and certification.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality and packaging standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following all safety guidelines.
