We are seeking a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Associate for our busy facility in Detroit, Michigan. This role is crucial for managing the flow of goods into and out of our warehouse. Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, verifying contents against documentation, inspecting for damage, and storing items appropriately. On the shipping side, you will pick orders, prepare them for shipment, generate labels, and load outbound trucks. Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient warehouse organization are key components of this position. You will operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification may be required). Strict adherence to all **Safety** procedures and the proper use of **PPE** is mandatory. This position involves frequent **Lifting** (up to 50 lbs) and requires individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of **Logistics** and inventory management principles will be highly beneficial. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to **Safety**.
